According to DepEd Order No. 7, all teacher applicants must undergo an interview conducted by the Division Selection Committee. New applicants should perform high in their interview to acquire the perfect 10 points!

Applicants are evaluated in the following criteria:

            These criteria aim to measure the competence of all applicants seeking a teacher position in the public elementary school system.

•          Knowledge of content/ materials
•          Planning Skills
•          Relationship with administration, staff, parents, and students
•          Personal qualities
